Terms of Service

By using the Starlight Metal Works LLC website or requesting services, you agree that website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not create a client relationship, guarantee results, or replace a written service agreement. Project scope, timelines, pricing, deliverables, payment terms, and responsibilities must be confirmed directly with Starlight Metal Works LLC before work begins.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, brand materials, website content, login access where required, images, service details, legal policy approvals, payment information, and any required permissions for third-party platforms. Delays in providing required materials, approvals, or platform access may affect timelines and deliverables.

Payments, deposits, subscriptions, retainers, or milestone fees are governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, agreement, or written confirmation. Work may be paused or withheld if required payments are not received. Advertising budgets, domain costs, hosting costs, software subscriptions, stock assets, third-party tools, and platform fees are separate unless specifically included in writing.

Starlight Metal Works LLC may use third-party platforms such as website hosts, domain registrars, Google services, Meta services, analytics platforms, automation tools, email platforms, CRM systems, form processors, and reporting tools. Starlight Metal Works LLC is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, pricing changes, data delays, or performance issues caused by third-party platforms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Starlight Metal Works LLC retains ownership of internal methods, templates, workflows, code patterns, documentation, reusable components, and process knowledge developed before or during service delivery. Clients retain ownership of their business information, brand assets, and approved final content provided by the client. Deliverables may be subject to payment completion, licensing limits, platform terms, or written project terms.

Starlight Metal Works LLC works to provide professional services, but does not guarantee search rankings, advertising results, lead volume, revenue, platform approvals, or uninterrupted availability of third-party tools. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starlight Metal Works LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, lost-profit, lost-data, or business interruption damages.
